That’s a good point. Thank you. I do think we have a balance. I feel like we are a really good match and in almost all ways (everyone has their flaws) she feels like a perfect fit. I think this is all me, and yes, protective for sure.Sometimes a T can be TOO close and supportive. It can terrify some part of you if you have a history of relational trauma. My psydoc seems to know just how much support I can handle before she backs off. It’s not a “block” so much as it’s protective. It’s ok.
@lux. thank you. I do always fear I’m making it up for attention. Which is really funny since I don’t tell anyone and hate attention! But that has been a real fear of mine since the flashes. I see that is common in people who had memories emerge later.
