OCD Feedback please

As of last month both men that sexually abuse me have been released from prison. Since then I have gone from counting very white truck that passes by (OCD) something I didn't do two months ago, I wouldn't like seeing white trucks but I never counted them. If I don't count them, I honestly feel depression like someone close to me has died.

I am sure they are connected, but would like some feedback please.

Was a white truck involved in your abuse?

Now you know they are free you might start feeling that they might be around so you start looking for something that you might recognise about them.

Is there any way legally where you can know roughly where they are living and hanging out? Not for revenge or anything like that but for some peace of mind that you know roughly where they are and what restrictions, if any they have. Maybe try for a restraining order? might have that term wrong, they are not allowed within a certain range of you, your work ect. Grab any help you can really to get peace of mind at least.

I think Saffy has said it all. I agree with her. I hope you get the help you need soon. I hope your symptoms will go away as you continue to work on making yourself safe. I wish you the best. Good luck.

I experienced some abuse in their white truck, and that was the color truck they had. Thank you guys.
