Fired over email, waiting for new t

Couldn't do it in person, I've been a nervous wreck just thinking about it. Although the new T said I should, I will explain everything to her once I meet her. I think it's disrespectful to our therapeutic relationship to just end it by email, but he crossed the disrespect line way too often. Don't like the whole do to others what they do to you, so I was very cordial in the email. Explained step by step and left a few more damaging things out because my mind drew a blank.

At the end I thanked him for the good things, named them also and said I wish there wasn't any resentment over me doing it over email.

Already called new T to schedulle an appointment, waiting for a call back, hopefully she's good. Wish me luck. :)

I hope your new therapist works out for you @Sietz. I am in a similar situation and not really sure what to do at this point. Do take care. Now that you are done with your old therapist, maybe once you have talked to the new one about him you can try to let that all go and move forward.

Thank you @whiteraven I'm expecting the same. She seems very cool on the phone, we talked a little bit last week and a bit just now to schedulle and we hit it off quite well. Hope it's the same in person.
