Everybody has been spot on with their replies. As you pointed out in another thread it's good you have been screened and negative for TBI. That eliminates one potential.

Attention and memory deficits can come from a multitude of things. But you have PTSD. So like @vikingr24 stated there is a physical condition to it. Stress to anyone can caused these deficits. They're only short term usually though. For us with PTSD, our stress cup is already 1/2 to 3/4 full. And if we are taking medications then this is also causing our brains not to be functioning on all 8 cylinders.

I'm with @Manonfire with pharma. It has it's place in mental illness. But the dope they push for PTSD in my opinion is not made for PTSD. .
