Freaking out about upcoming colonoscopy - how to get control of myself?

Lol 33 thats hot for you guys. All good so far. Well - ok..you know what I mean. Second dose of stuff at 2200 hrs. aaargh!

Starting the next dose at 10pm? When are you meant to sleep?!

It's 0200 & I think it's safe to relax now lol. It never gets any easier does it?!

I suppose they think I'm going to be able to sleep but I'm sorta hungry & thirsty now but I'm fasting till 1100 tomorrow. .sigh..

I didn't get to theatre till 1300 hrs so that took a fair while. But they used a general for me so I didn't know a thing.

I checked myself out of the hospital this evening when they seemed to forget I needed to start eating again after I woke up. They forgot to get me anything to drink and eat. I did ask them... three hours later I got dressed and asked for my discharge papers.

I'm home now and all good. :)

Glad it’s over and that you’re doing ok - even if the hospital care sounds a bit slap dash!
