Germany - Berlin Area Or Elsewhere

is there maybe anybody a sufferer or carer of ptsd / it's symptoms that lives in the Berlin area or generally Germany? Or Poland?

It would also help to get more details about therapies and experiences with insurrance companies and doctors.

Ich bin ein brisbanite.

There is a section entitled 'Find a Friend'. There is also a section on therapy techniques located within the articles. I personally have found CBT to be a blessing. It really revolves around changing your way of thinking. Also, sometimes it is nice to know that you don't have to be physically present with someone to find support.

I'm from Hamburg but can't really help you with information about therapy in Germany.
There is a large amount of information on the start page, even if it's not especially about the German medical system I found it very helpful.

Hallo :) ich bin halb deutsche und wohne in england in wiltshire. Aber bin oft in Deutschland um die Familie zu besuchen. :) dieses jahr komme ich sogar nach Berlin. In drei wochen:) ich stamme aber aus neustadt in der Pfalz. Ich habe immer gerne Lust zum reden. Ich habe ptsd. In Germany your health insurance can normally give you a list of recommended doctors or therapists in your area.
