Taking a shower and helping the girls with their chores. To let my family know how precious they are to me.

I made it to my therapy appointment on time. Every week I don't want to go. I hate leaving the house. But I made it. Each week she congratulates me. lol

To finish the online course I'm listening to right now (but it's so boring) and afterwards being able to write some lines in my fantasy story.

I'm going to go to Target to pick out some patio furniture for my mom:) and I should start studying Math for the upcoming semester. Haven't done any in two years, so this'll be rather daunting.

Bag up the cleaning supplies left at the house for my daughter. Bagging up and throwing away all of the trash. Tidied up the shed. The house is now officially empty. Came home and put everything away. Took a shower and planning a nap.

I have to shower and get myself to a med appointment. I'm already feeling the I don't want to feelings. Still have to do it. Than I'm going to reward myself with a frappucino from starbucks.

I am going to relax today and not do anything strenuous. Under the line of self care.

I have one outing for the day, but it is just to a fast food place for lunch. Still I'm getting out and about and that is what counts. Calmer day after yesterday.

Ran errands and got my freezer fixed, finally. A great weight has been taken off of my shoulders. A very busy day.
