Goal For The Day

Goal for the day achieved! I went for a walk. I had to force myself but watching Supersize v Superskinny made me do it! I did about 4 miles and got a big dog jumped up me and slobbered all over me. I was so angry as the owners, although apologetic, didn't seem to be very bothered. (I was attacked by a dog when i was a child, it bit me 8 times on my arm).

Today, I want to relax and welcome my daughter home this evening, when she gets back from her father's house.
