Goal For The Day

I already did my morning chores. Yeah!!!:D We are watching cartoons, We will go for mocha frappes. We will go swimming again. And if I can talk my family into it we will go to McDonalds for dinner, I do not feel like cooking tonight. I want to see the drawing my granddaughter was working on and would not let me see yet. Mabe we will do other things as well. I look forward to the day.:cool:
 
My goal for today is to drag myself out of the grouch I am in and to try and enjoy the open air theatre tonight, even though it will be cold and wet

Done and it wasn't wet at the open air theatre, the cold I could deal with, fleeces, gloves, hat, boots and socks - please remember this is summer attire:confused:.

Goals for tomorrow.
Up, dressed and in work for 8.30am.
Lunch.
Relax.
Go to physio.
Walk dogs.
Remember to have supper.
Relax.

H is away so I need to pace myself.
 
My goals for the day are simple ones but not necessarily easy.

I need to research a medication (ampligen) that has the potential to be the first approved medication for CFS/ME (and I've been doing a little of that this morning).

I need to hang on to my hopes for a better quality of life without getting my hopes up too high or spiraling down into depressive states.:confused: *(I need to keep my thoughts positive and focused on the healing I can do rather than on the problems I still struggle with).;)

I need to make an appointment with my "t" and Pdoc to discuss the benefits of therapy for me at this juncture. I feel the sessions are not so helpful and that I may need an increase of anti-depressant medication.

I need to drink more water and get some exercise even if it is just walking around the block.:tup:
I need to ensure that I am taking all of my medications as necessary.
I need to keep a careful eye on my thoughts, especially as it pertains to chronic illness.

Guess that will be plenty to keep me busy today. :p

I need to do the wash. I want to go swimming later on with my granddaughter. I need to fix dinner. I need to take out the trash. I need to take granddaughter home. I need to put the house in order after granddaughter goes home.
 
To go for another round and cram as much possible work in as possible. To relax a little late afternoon and then get started again. To catch up some and maybe even get ahead in one area of work or another. To ask H later to go enjoy the beach with the kids.

And, to remember to eat before I get to hungry.
