Up, dressed and in work for 8.30am.
Lunch.
Relax.
Go to physio.
Walk dogs.
Remember to have supper.
Relax.

Walk dogs.
Eat breakfast.
Work for 9am.
Lunch.
Relax.
Walk dogs.
Wash dishes.
Make supper.
Relax.

All achieved. H came to walk the dogs with me and then he washed the dishes whilst I cooked supper.

Goals for Wednesday

Shower, dress and have breakfast.
Work.
Lunch.
Relax.
Vacuum and dust.
Walk dogs.
Sipper.

H will be away again so it will be down to me again.
 
Wake up.
Get up.
Focus on the fact that I have no crystal ball and that I do not know what other people think -- NO matter what facial expression they have, how they approach me, etc.
Shower.
Iron a blouse.

Go for lunch - either with colleagues or alone grabbing a sandwich
Go back to work
