Goal For The Day

I'm seeing a new trauma therapist today...my goal is to not shut down on her so that I can use that time to talk.

I did my chores, I did the wash, I did something for me, and solved a problem and it did not cost me a cent. Now my goal is just to keep my sprirts up. I made a nail appointment for me on Friday in the morning.

Well, I met only half my goal today. One class. So, I guess my new goal is write out notes to have them staring at me in the morning to get my sh#t together.

My goals for today are going to the grocery store and going to help set up for my birthday party on Saturday at Mischas parents. That last one is a big one, well actually they both are, but the last one consists of me thinking about my birthday and also interacting with other people who I love and trying to be ok when today so far after my night terrors I'm not ok. But, I will achieve these goals, the trick is to do it without flipping out or having panic attacks.
