Goal For The Day

My goal for today is to take this brief break and then get back to work while continually doing my best to manage a pounding heart and increasing anxiety everytime I go near a specific work load.

Another goal for today is to juggle well and fulfill immediate responsibilities including remembering to eat and slow work down somewhat when the kids arrive home from school.

Also to make it through bedtime routines, plus remember needle and to be able to fall asleep without fears, worries and grief creating flashbacks and intense feelings of helplessness, as this is multiplying grief and fear.
 
Since earlier, so far I am meeting today's goals.

What did come up though was I happened to discover that an entire bottle of my medicine is missing from the cabinet. This mystery and additional anxiety started to rapidly head towards obsessing over discovering answers to this mystery and the threat of panic, ...yet so far I have no answers, and though my brain is bogging down some from this worry, I hope to still be accomplishing more of my goals for today;

And, certainly accomplishing the more which I couldn't be doing if I was making mention of it.
 
Goals for the day. Get nails done. Check. Get gas in the car. Check. Go food shopping. Check. Go and get frappes. Check. Go and get tacos for dinner. One to go.

Tommorow, go and pick up my prescriptions. Get frappes. Read my book I got in the mail today on Don't let emotions run your life.
 
Go and pick up my prescriptions, go to the bank and order checks and get cash for the week. Get mocha frappes. Come home and do the wash. Fold it and put it away. Take a shower in the afternoon. Clean out the cat box. Take out the trash. Relax in the evening.
