Goal For The Day

I want to do 15 minutes of drawing and 15 minutes of cleaning today.

Okay I am going to eat some lunch, make a phone call and go out to the library and be around people.

Ate two bananas and two pieces of cheese and apple for lunch.

Made a phone call.

Will go to the library now.

My goal for the day is to focus on positive outcomes as opposed to worst case scenarios. I have a tendency to always think the worst of any given situation and today I want to try thinking the "best case scenario" instead. Maintaining a positive focus and ignoring automatic thoughts.

My goal for today is to bake banana bread and work on my garden.

My goal is to somehow break through this anxiety.

My goal for today is to get through the day without letting my anxiety rule it. Which will be a challenge since I will be going to several stores to look at laptops. And I don't do well in retail.

My goal is to figure out how to not lose my job... bootstrap time - I'm getting too old for this :ninja:

My current goal is to go for a walk.

And I did I walked briskly for just over an hour.

To spend as little time at the hospital as possible. Going to see enough of them over the next few weeks.

I went to the Social Security office today and arranged a phone interview for the death benefits check they will send me. I am glad to get that over with.

My goals were to walk and up my exercise. I did this and walked over an hour and a half. I also got out twice to go and see people, so that was another goal that was completed.
