Goal For The Day

My goal for today is to finish processing the photos I took over the weekend. I plan to do that as soon as I come home from work.

My first two goals was to go to wood working and to assist at the charity BBQ. My next goal is to walk and eat dinner.

My goal for a number of days was to write in my blog. I finally did on Thursday! I haven't since May.

My goal for today is, simply, not to crawl back into bed. I have to face the waking hours.

Clean and tidy my house :cry:. My least favourite life task (until it's done, then the tidy atmosphere makes me feel good :happy: ).

Years of abuse damaged my sense of self and although I have worked on this for a long time, I still have work to do, so my goal today is to work on feelings of self-worth, self-esteem, and self-image.

My goal today is to take care of myself by being gentle and kind. Take it easy and let the day flow.:)

Started my exercise goal. Today I will schedule all appointments that I need to. Will also figure out how to get some things I need to sell on line.

My goal for today was to only lay down once and to go work out. I managed both. Hard to not crawl back into bed after the workout but I already laid down once today. Once should be more then enough.

I accomplished so much today. I went to see my psych doc. I went to Ross and bought a pretty overnight bag. I went to the bank and deposited a check. I got gas in my car.

I came home and packed my new bag. I made a therapy appointment, yep, I am going back to therapy. I called in a refill for meds that come to me in the mail.

I ate a salad. I took a nap. I feel so good. I made plans with a friend to go somewhere.
