Goal For The Day

My goal for the day is to stop smoking tobacco completely!!!

My goal was to go to a local gym and check out their membership rates and if I would feel safe there. I have been trying to do this for the past 3 days and I finally did it.

Getting all of my errands done today.

Eat something and do boring paperwork

Volunteered at the food bank today. Made lunch for the staff and volunteers.

Tomorrow I'd like to find out about getting my taxes done (FINALLY), and straighten out the appointment I was supposed to have today (oops) that I thought was tomorrow.

Not climb back into bed after I had a nap. I didn't. I even remembered to take my afternoon meds.

Go to therapy and then go to my insurance office to get a new pink slip for my car. Do the wash and pack to go to my daughters house for the next two days.

Mine was to stay out of bed after sleeping for 12 hours. Not as easy as it should have been, but I made it. Soon I can go to bed legitimately.
