I'm feeling well rested today :-) Today, I plan to:
1) Do household chores (kitchen, laundry, bathroom, take garbage to trash compactor)
2) Take a 0.5 to 1 mile walk, and check out the new gym equipment at my condo complex (anticipating future regular use)
3) Work on cleaning out old files, organizing old bills, making plan to pay things off (want to be debt free by end of 2014)
4) Prep healthy food choices for next week and eat a healthy dinner
5) Finish making my grand-daughter's Halloween costume, take a leisurely bath and go to bed early!
This seems rather ambitious - we'll see what the reality is . . . it will give me some sense of how I'm doing.
