Goal For The Day

I will reach out to friends today and run errands, I have so many and I will work on changing what I can with in me.

My goal for today is to hang on to a positive attitude and outlook.

To take a shower. To keep my head above water, not in the shower. Trying to hold on to good feelings and not cave in.

I have done all of my goals for today and I had to go out and run a lot of errands and did not feel dread or anxiety either. That is a big first for me.

My goal for today was to return to the dentist I had previously been to. Just glad it is over although I have to go back next month because they have found a cavity.

I decided to make this change and have been working towards going. I am feeling a little down because I definitely felt like a brand new patient although I knew them all. It is still a better choice for me so will not have any expectations when I go back next month.

It is "Beast Brushing Day" as they are all shedding and my newf is so bad I think I could make a second one.

@intothelight Have you got a Oster Rake bet thing I have ever fount to get the mounds of hair out. You can only find them online. :) Good luck mine has been shedding for a while but this tool has saved my house from a lot of unwanted fur.

Getting the shades replaced in my bedroom. Husband will do most of the work. He has the height.
