Going Into Hollybush On Monday 26th Feb

Hi Friends, just a note to let you know that I'm going back into Combat Stress Rehab at Hollybush House on Monday. I'll be there for 1 week, and during that time I'll be getting a few EMDR sessions. I've chatted to Beca about the EMDR, and read her thread about it. So I'm prepared for it.
Please wish me luck, I'll be thinking about you all,and missing you all as well.
I'll drop you my last thread on Sunday night. I will be back on line on the 5th of March. And I'll fill you all in on my news.
