Well I made it with no full on anxiety attack and no emotional meltdown. My T will be proud of me :)

The seroquel definitely helped and having our friends there helped too, as I had to concentrate so much on my breathing, that I wasn't really able to concentrate on my kids.

It was far from easy, but I'm glad I went and was able to participate in my husbands special day.

My husband really enjoyed his graduation :)
