Got Preview Copy of Book

So, I've really been struggling with the design and publication of this book I put together for a class I took. I wanted to do everything myself--the cover and all the inside stuff--and I, of course, was sure I'd screw it up.

Well...I got the preview copy today, and it's beautiful! There are a couple of issues with the inside pages, but it appears to not be my doing, but rather the printer's.

Makes me smile (and I sure did need it!).

kudos, raven. may the ancient art of book binding one day be old enough to be new.

way back in the 90's i went on a book-binding binge of one of my poetry collections. i mailed most of them off to various people. that was long enough ago that it is mostly forgotten now but still brings a grin when i or one of my cohorts stumble upon a copy. i regret to report that my homespun book binding did not stand the test of time particular well, but i am still glad i did it.

Yes. There were a couple of issues, but nothing major and nothing *I* did. They fixed it, are reprinting it, and I should get it back soon. *Crossing fingers* this one is good! :-)
