Addison's disease is having zero cortisol. The dog gets prednisone daily to help her just get the normal stress of being a living thing. I am sure that Anxitane does not interact with prednisone. She has zero cortisol so she needs help to fight stress or she can become hypoglycemic and she has had a coma from it.
