The whole restaurant, led by the staff, sang the following military style chant to Anthony (sung like cadence) after asking all guests for their attention, saying it was Anthony's birthday and while serving his birthday cake I organised.

It was funny watching him go red and then they all sang Happy Birthday too. He also got balloons and a poster outside our cabin door and he was delighted with his photography course I got for him.
