Sufferer Hello Found This Site And Think I Belong.....

Hi, it is late and I am very tired as I type this, I don't know where to begin but through the numbness after having reading some posts here I am like yes yes yes that is me!!!!!

I have been diagnosed with PTSD before - some pretty awful childhood experiences and then growing up gay and being rejected and shunned for that did not help. My life seems so screwed up and at this point I can't work for anyone else, I need to be self employed. I do have the basic ability to get done what absolutely has to get done and little else.

Last year was a very difficult year for me and it seemed as if there was just one thing after another after another that was too crazy and too much to deal with and I just soldiered on until I couldn't hardly deal with anything anymore. I guess I am lucky, I live in Arizona, about 3.5 hours by shuttle - I don't drive due to how messed up I am - from a Mexican border town where I can get (legal non mind altering) meds really cheap and perhaps see a doctor or pysch.

I sure know something has to change here. And I hope this has not been too long winded. Anyway, thanks for letting me sign up.....Squireparty

I am glad you came. Even listening to others is healing. I know you have a story to be on here. That makes you alot closer to the people here. We actually do get how you feel. If you can or want to, you should make a journal. It will help you and maybe someone else knowing that someone went through something similiar. I havent even been here a day but I already feel better knowing that someone will actually listen to my story and try to help. Good luck
