Evening all. Feeling low tonight. I have a voluntary role and sometimes the hours fly by, other times like today its as if time has slowed to a crawl. Nightmares again.

My last post before my appointment tomorrow. I was reading the paper today and there as a story about a woman who like me had had breakdowns and had bounced across the health system. She said she felt like the final chocolate in a tin that was being passed around and no one would take her

Hello all. Just got back. Im going to be referred to a coping trauma group and take it from there.

Evening all. I had the meeting yesterday and it was decided that my case would be discussed with a psychologist to see what could be done. I got a bit emotional and the f*ing flashbacks were driving me mad but I did it.Now I'll have to wait and see xx
