If something frustrates you, venting is usually a good way to healthily cope with that. Others here could help you feel validation and/or help you learn useful, healthy behaviors if needed. It depends on what's going on. These forums can be really supportive. :hug:

So if someone you love dies? You shouldn’t feel sad, or have a funeral, or anything, because after all they’re the ones who are dead.

Or if someone you love gets married? You shouldn’t feel happy, or excited, or throw them a big party or anything, because after all they’re the ones getting married not you.

The people we love? Affect us. That’s part of loving them.
