I hope yall don't mind me asking this, but how much do you pay for a single session? Or what is the common rate?

I live in close to the same area of the US that you do. My therapist is an LCSW and charges $150/session. The insurance actually allows $85 (what they think it should cost). I used to see a psychologist, they charged $200/session, the insurance would pay $125 (what they felt was reasonable).

Given your tight budget, I would just pay what you can. If your budget is doing better, then pay more. If money is tighter, then pay less. The important thing is to get help and start healing.

Piratelady, thank you! That helps a lot :) I am currently so tight on money that after paying my bills and things like that and for the gas to and from I would be pretty much broke for the month. So I would not be able to offer any money for a while. But I can talk to them about it too and see what they say and suggest. I'm real nervous about continuing on but at the same time I am excited!
