Anyway, i know I posted a few times about this but I just finally what I can compare the HIghness too....

You know when a kid has too much candy = too much sugar in their brain? It feels like that but the energy kept inside... I don't know how to let it go. It feels weird because I don't eat too much sugary things any more. I might have one small thing a day but that's it. I feel high right now but only had a small mint thing in the morning.

I also get a stomach ache when this happens...like now

It sounds how anxiety feels sometimes with me, like a buzzing that feels like it comes out from my chest. A sense of shaking I guess. It is okay to do things to distract from it, it is just adrenaline. If you lay down and rest and listen to your heartbeat or feel for it, you can eventually feel yourself slow down as your breathing regulates. It might take a couple minutes for your heart to slow down. Maybe just get in a comfortable position and try to read, should also do the trick.

It sounds like you might just be feeling anxious, it slightly effects how your breathing muscles move when you breathe. For a lot of people the more anxious they get the harder time they have with their breathing. I also tingle on my hands, face and nose.

If it is the buzzing you are feeling then I think it's anxiety. Anxiety can change how it feels as time goes on I noticed. To put a real ping on it, it sounds specifically like anticipation kind of alertness, a nervous restlessness. Make sure if you have any deadlines that you don't put those off too long, it will eat at you. A future engagement like a family get together, doctor's appointment or job interview can put us in that state of unrest and there isn't much we can do about it but try to rest or prepare as best as we can for the event. You might also try to avoid caffeine and energy drinks, if you don't like the buzzing feeling it won't help you at all.

You can help yourself out by learning what relaxes you, adopt some coping techniques or expand your medication list to include benzodiazepenes and a beta-blocker.

I don't feel my heart beat when I go through the highness. It just makes me have stomach pains.

I have been to see a few dr's and all my blood work has come back fine. I just don't want to do this any more.

I just want the old me. :(

Sorry to hear that, i hate stomach pains too. I had an ulcer once. I would find out if the pain is from the anxiety, have you or they considered stomach acid as the cause of the stomach pain?
