I had to go up to 1.25 mg of valium a day for a few months, now I am down to 0.75 mg every second day... On the days I don't take it I get really bad headaches I am hoping that the headaches will pass. There is a fogginess that shadows in my head some days and I feel very fragile.. Hoping this will end once I am completely off the valium..
