I found myself getting angry today.

Usually that's a sign I'm doing/ feeling pretty good. Not sure this time.

To think I've spent this much of my life being punished. And why is that ? Because I was punished. What a cruel unfair joke.

My main abuser, I've been no contact for a long long time although they've continued to learn phone numbers, leave voice mails (it wasn't that bad for me I just deleted them)

A few months ago they started texting me. Messages, links, emojis. They are on block but it hasn't stopped them. Some are real good at getting around things.

They just want a reaction trust me. ANY reaction is food. I'm considering legal action, I'm considering a new phone number, I'm considering other things that would get me in trouble (can't help but fantasize)

I've recently come upon an article that discusses how many people in 'estranged parents' forums appear to be narcissistic with the same general stories and online behaviors. I have a VERY strong suspicion that my abuser would be one of these people. They are getting reinforcement, getting bolder... it really makes me angry but that's the internet age I guess...

I'd really like to be able to just keep hitting the delete button whenever they message me (a few times a week right now, pretty sure they've already been warned by the police. The police are VERY familiar with this person and I'm fairly certain she's spent one or two times in jail nothing makes me happier. But on a bad day that one text could only bring me further down.

I used to pray for her, know that she's sick. OK fine. But lately just thinking she's a monster. She ruined my life, held me captive, messed up opportunities for me, no contact from me for years and yet she still continues knowing I don't want it.

I read one of her texts recently which is unusual, she said I could never escape her love for me. How sick a statement is that ? That's been making me angry. But honestly I know the best response I could give is none, or a legal one. She'd get a charge out of that I know from seeing it happen with others. I'd rather ignore it but I'm not sure I can, I'm not sure that's the best option. It's worked for others to a fair degree but I'd rather not put forth the energy. I wonder if a lawyer might help or if I just need to fall in line and use the system properly. Some system...

KEEP that number… but get a new phone, with a new number. Keep the other one on maintenance levels, check it once a month or so, for info you want. She can call/text/msg until she’s blue in the face. Without it impacting your life.

If you just cancel the account? She’ll LOOK for a new way to reach you. So? Leave the old one. But get a new one for people you actually want to reach.
