I actually attempted Suicide and was in the hospital for a week.

Thank you, @Will86, that was several years ago. I don't have SI anymore, not like I used to. Before it was every waking hour, now it is only when I am overwhelmed. Then I tell myself that it is just a thought, and it will pass. Thank you again for your concern.
