I Ordered A Dbt Workbook

Some sections don't seem to apply to me, but it is always worth stopping to think about them.
Do you do them in order or as they seem most relevant? That's where I got stuck, it seemed there was so much of it and I didn't know where to begin.
 
I'm currently doing them in order. I might diverge as there isa section I'm scared of, but I'm inclined to try it and treat it as a chance to use the skills. I think it was written in that order for a reason and with no-one to advise me otherwise I should trust the expertise of the authors.

I found the first parts, on distress tolerance, very encouraging. It is good to think that the solution to being in distress can be to do something enjoyable.
