I should take a medical leave for my back?

Good timing to read (reread) your posts.. And yesterday was a lower pain day for a change, so I did more stuff. I even got hyper mutt out for an actual walk out in nature (had to take rest breaks but we did it). Woke up really sore today. Also haven't slept well at all this week. Apparently that makes us unmotivated? Dealing with the disability/leave stuff today. Already had "loser" and "lazy" thoughts in my head. Something I should note for myself, is those thoughts aren't actually getting me moving.


Also, I noticed a cognitive distortion. At least I think it is? Apparently I believe pain shouldn't effect my mood. I should be fine.
