Thanks for sharing your story in such detail. It's so good to read these long, detailed success stories when you're still fighting day to day to survive. We may not share the same story, but your success means I can do it too. So, thank you for that!

I just stopped in and re-read this..reminded me that I have made progress and I am continuing to feel good about myself.

I have ups and downs and I "get" that that will be a normal part of this condition that may never go completely away, but I am handling the bumps better.

My therapist gave me all the notes from the sessions we had...it has been enlightening to read those pages, especially the oldest ones from when I first started seeing him. It is another testament that I am making progress and climbing the hill to health.
