Fly to UK to visit my only friend who is terminal. Just to be with her again, help comfort her, maybe hold her hand through her most extreme painful moments. I'd like to be able to tell her face to face how much she means to me!

Other than contact through mail, email, FB and Skype I haven't seen her or been on the same continent in 20 years.
