Good luck with the C&P. Once you get all your exams done it's a waiting game. I use the DAV as my advocate as well. They've been a big help. But even with they're help it just seems to take forever for the VA to finalize they're rating for you. I'm in a similar boat, even my psych said that they should have given me 100% from the git go. But you know the VA. They just want to drag it out for as long as they can. Some of us have been waiting a year or more for an answer. So don't get discouraged, although it's hard not to, If you hang in there long enough it's gotta' happen. My best wishes go with you.

Bill, a word of caution about the VA. DO NOT write the Secretary or the President about how bad things are at your VA. What they do is report you to the Dept. of Homeland Security as being...Ms. Napolitano just loves this part...a POTENTIAL TERRORIST!

Believe me, I know from experience. Now I have DHS's IT spies watching everything I do on the computer.

These days, they don't take a complaint and respond with options to solve the problem, they get even.

So, now everyone thinks that old Sarg has lost it and is hopefully paranoid. Well do a little web search on Level Three Communciations and Prez. Obama. Makes for interesting reading.

I understand what you're saying very well. I won't tell you how long it took for me to go from 10% to 70% plus IU, because I don't want to further your anger. I go to a lot of Vet boards and the comments are all the same...the system is broken. Believe it or not even the VA employees are so pissed off about it that THEY are even marching in protest.

The VA knows it. The Fed knows it. And you need time-laspe photography to see the damn thing move. But it's not doing you any good to get this fired up about it. It's only gonna make you sicker. I know, I got a hell of an ulcer out of it.

Bill, there is an excellent site that might be of benefit to you called www.hadit.com. The ladies there know more about VA Law than the VA does. Perhaps they might know some way to speed things up. Give them a try.

Hey man...Red started this shit...I was very happy just bitching about everything... but no...we need some fishing photos!! OK...now everyone is unhappy cause it may be my daughter or my wife or my girl friend....

And no... I am not married to the fish and the fish is not my girlfriend plus the fish is a male darado to begin with.
