Hello,

My name is Tobias - but I never go by it. I respond to Sergeant, Crim, and just about anything that catches my ear or my eye.

I was deployed to AFG in 2012-13. I worked primarily with a Forward Surgical Team. We were the guys that all the dying/wounded came to. And the dead, but that was a different thing altogether.

I am here because the events during that period have caused me stress and anxiety beyond which I have no coping mechanism capable. I want to alleviate some of the symptoms and find a way to successfully navigate my future.

I don't want to scare you away from this page *lol*. We do have some Vets over here too and are happy to have you :) Just if there is something you only want to talk with Vets about - this is our sister site. Only Vets allowed. I am not allowed there so I have no first hand experience but I have been told that the mycombatptsd page is great.

First thanks for your service and sacrifice. Father was military and grew up around veterans.
