I am I woke up today having a hard time after a night of drinking I feel tense dizzy and pressure in my head so I'm pretty sure I need to stop drinking

Sorry you're feeling so awful right now. Those mornings bite. :(

Though yeah, super wise decision to quit. Strength & perseverance to follow it through.

I am I took in drinking again because in those hours of drinking I feel normal again if that makes sense.

But the day after is terrible it little feels like I'm in a haze.

I get the feeling like I'm not here ten times worse everything looks weird I get light-headed and pressure in my head and feel super tense which that last a few days after drinking.

The feelings get old but I know that once I get over the hangover and go a few days without drinking I'll feel better again.

If you've been drinking heavily for a long time, it's probably a good plan to get medical advice before quitting. Cos you already appear to have withdrawal symptoms when you don't drink, and blahblah risk of DTs etc. You're free to make your own decisions, just suggestion.

Does dpdr get worse is it normal to deal with it all day everyday?
It sounds like right now, your problem is that you're self-medicating with alcohol. So yes: it will continue to get worse.

Echoing this. The best thing you could do for yourself @Kaylove498 would be to get in touch with your primary physician and get a referral to a rehab center, so you can detox safely.

You don't need to do this on your own. And more to the point - you won't be able to do it on your own. Get the help.
