Sufferer Its Been Three Days

My name is kayla,20yrs old,CA,,been dealing with PTSD for a little over two years now, caused by 18 years of damage/abuse. Ive been in a deep anxiety/panic/depression for the past three days, crying non stop while the thoughts and actions of my abusers haunt my mind. I have no family or friends to fall back on. Im so sad at this point,,and all i have is my phone to help. So i started looking up PTSD HELP and this site came up. Im anxious to see if being apart of this online community will help me not feel so crazy and alone..and can maybe help me in times like right now.
I hope thats an acceptable introduction.

Welcome to the forum. I too found this place after looking for support close to my home (there weren't any places). So I looked on line and happened to see this one. I've been here ever since and it's helped me a lot! I think it'll help you too as there's understanding, helpful, kind, people willing to lend an ear and give their insights.
