24 year old military have been deployed 3 times to iraq and afgan just seeing if there is any others like me on here gettting ready to be discharged from the military because of my ptsd!!

There are numerous. As a suggestion, read some of the Trauma Diaries, search on Iraq and Afgan. Reading will help you find your comfort level. Talking to them (writing) will further improve that...
