Thanks everyone for sharing. I can truly relate.I am amazed at how many on here do put others before themselves for so many reasons that I had not even considered. As you all have shared it can backfire. But at other instances can be very fulfilling. I do believe the self care is a hurdle though!!And thank you all for your kind words! I do enjoy the many perspectives.
