Last movie or tv series you watched?

I have watched a few shows to pass time and keep me company in the past couple of days, but the last TV event that I really enjoyed was a double header of college hoops games wherein 2 of my teams were playing other teams at the same time. I wore out a few batteries switching back and forth between games, but it was worth it. ?? Both of my teams won!! ?? Party in the Bluegrass! ??

Recently discovered Heartland on netflix. It's been a great distraction and tugs at every heart string I have. I've never really had a chance to be close to horses, other than briefly when our neighbor had one for a couple months. I've always been too intimidated by their size to get too close. This show makes me want to befriend them all now. lol

Finally watched The Game Changers, a documentary about plant-based eating for athletes on netflix, and the hubby was even interested in seeing it, especially since it was based on the experiences of various sports figures, especially those from the NFL. Yay!

I really enjoyed the content, but enjoyed even more hearing the hubby say, "Yeah, they're just repeating all the stuff you've already learned, huh? Nice."

It feels so good to have moments, albeit few and far between, of feeling genuinely heard and innerstood, especially regarding the things most folks have strongly expressed a desire to not ever want to hear about. That right there is nourishment for my soul, in more ways than one.

We watched the movie American Made with Tom Cruise. It shows what our Government was up to just prior to my J joining the Army. Leading into the Panama invasion and the Iran/Contra mess.
