Lexapro, Comments On It

Hi Oka, I have just started on Lexapro, this is day 2 on 5mgs,I increase to 10mgs after 3 days.Only side effects so far is nausea and problems falling asleep.It takes a while to get into your body,but I feel less anxious already.

Extra Dose of Lexapro?

What happens if you take an extra Lexepro? Do you get more chill, or just sick?

I am also taking Ativan as needed, when I get a panic attack. I do not have a prescription for them. I was smoking weed, but I layed off at the advice of my counselor.

Again, will it help chill me if I take an extra lexepro? I check wikipedia and it didnt say anything.

I'm not familiar with that drug but I'm on citalopram -- no weight gain and to honest, that's not a side effect I would tolerate :-) No thanks!

I agree with SunnyBrook though -- AD's definately have to be taken consitently, at the right time and in the right dose.

Took my drug at night instead of the morning and with 48 hours was in a series of uncontrollable anxiety attacks, driving across the country with paranoia that lasted 8 hours -- was a bitch of an experience and my poor counselor nearly lost her mind trying to help me thru it by txting.

Stay strong. You will get there.
