1 hour power walking with a social power walking group. Making new acquaintances.

Half and hour of Tai Chi practice (badly - but my teacher says the only bad practice is no practice!)

1 Tai Chi Class

40 laps of swimming.

Half an hour of walking the dog late at night.

I've been seriously slack updating my exercise here of late. I'm doing a lot of walking the dog each day, between 5 - 10km. I've had a break from the gym the past few weeks, but have returned today getting back into it. Too much created boredom, so I took a few weeks away from gym and instead opted for getting out and about, now its coming into summer here.

I will be doing more riding (as I can take the dog) and walking (dog again) during the hotter months here.

Still exercising, just really busy and slack, all at the same time.

Half an hour of running/walking at 6am this morning.
This morning I did a 1 hour Tai Chi class.
I went for a quick dip in the ocean.
I did some very gentle yoga for five minutes.

When I am dissociated I don't have pain, when I am not dissociated I have chronic pain so I am working hard on not injuring myself so I end up out of exercise for a prolonged period. I am getting there. An hour power walking in the morning is working for me. I am going to do that for a month 3 times per week and then build up.

20 laps swimming.
