I have some physical problems with walking..it causes me a lot of pain. However, I managed to hobble to the store and back again today. It is a long walk and I have to use a cane and sit down and rest a number of times to keep the pain from getting too intense. My PCP wants me to walk at least twice per weak to build up some stamina, and even tho I feel like giving up, I managed to push thru the pain.
 
I hour fast ? treadmill. Watching "The Midwives", on Netflix. Neat series. Didn't think I would like it but it was recommended. Lat ti' da!
