A whole lotta work awaits me tonight so I deeked out before the snow hit for krav maga. Then P90X3 Warrior. Got my head on right tonight!

30km ride yesterday... raining today, so swapping todays ride for a 5km run.

2.8km jog today.

Problem with losing weight is none of my pants fit me around the waist so jogging is a precarious business!

8K yesterday on the treadmill (one episode of Oz) since it was very late and the streets are still ice-covered. I was too tired to concentrate on making sure not to fall again lol - so today was a rest day.

I walked for 20 minutes.

Increasing repetition and number in sets each day last week. Resistance band stretching, crunches, lifts, circles, bends, lunges and circles (arms/legs/ankles/waist/forearms wrists/hands). Pilates. Minimal walking. Lots of house cleaning and unpacking of boxes, organizing office and book shelf. Nice to be making my house a home.

7k today and some stretching. I never stretch enough after a run but instead rush into the next thing. So, a glorious stretch on the roller, finished my episode of OZ and getting ready to watch the Big Dance (super bowl)

5.9km power walk. Decided to be kind to myself today as Child tossed and turned every 20min, longest stretch of sleep was an hour.

30 min of exercises with my own body weight. I was like frozen in my body in mind so it was hard to start moving.
