So far today I did 22 Laps of Swimming, 20 Laps of Walking, a 30 minute body scan, some Alexander Technique - Crawling for Grown Ups and Semi Supine. I got up at 6am and walked the dog, not far mostly it was ball throwing in the park, but it was movement which is key for me in breaking down the dissociation.

Pacing @Lionheart777 keep the pacing, it is the key to breaking the back of the CFS or at least managing it very well. Great effort! Focus on what you did and not want you want to do - unless it is small incremental goal setting.
 
Sunday was an 'enforced' rest day lol.

Monday-Thursday this week I did Krav Maga in the morning and then finished each day with a weight training session. I have been really getting lost in running and Krav so it's time to get back to some focussed weight training.
