1 and a half hours walking last night with B and the Blue Dog.

45 minutes brisk walking this morning with B and the Blue Dog.

I am not sure how far we are going because we go to a new dog park, walk or path each time we walk. Approximately 5-6 kms last night, not sure about this morning. It feels great to be doing exercise.
 
Saturday was a rest day.

Sunday I did 1.5hrs of weights and 'might' have tweaked my deltoid on some chair dips. Rubbed some voltarin in and I am not sure whether the voltarin helps or whether it's the massaging of the stuff into the muscle. Either way I think it might be feeling better today.

Monday I almost got rug burn on my face by trying a yoga move where you shoot your feet out from under you and kind of land on your bent arms. Of course that's the 'best' exercise ever with a pulled deltoid lol. I was centimetres away from dragging my face along the rough indoor/outdoor carpet - I could feel the carpet fibre just brush by my nose. Although I like war wounds, explaining/bragging on that one would just be silly.

Today, P90X3 Dynamics and P90X ab ripper.
 
Sunday: 85 min run (in rain and storm)

Monday: 45 km run on the beach of Baltic Sea (sunny and warm)

Tuesday: Rest

Today: 25 min run on the beach of Baltic Sea (stormy, windy, rainy..the wind almost stole my bandana - but it's the best way to calm down before the flight)
