I did a 1.5 mile walk with service dog :)

Getting back on track with physical therapy. (Hoping to use my bike soon -- need my legs in good health!)

I can't remember the names of the exercises, but there are 30 clams(?), 30 kick things, 30 bridges, 30 sit-ups. 30 each in the morning, 30 each in the evening.

Logging my evening ones now. Also a nightly short walk/job with service dog (not even .1 mile I'm sure, just a potty run for her).
 
I must really hate myself today. In 8hrs this will be my WOD and I'll no don't be feeling my near 60yrs afterwards!

I walked 2.4 miles with the service dog today :)

Tonight, will do physical therapy exercises:
30 clam thingies
30 kick things
30 sit ups
30 bridges

Maybe 30 shoulder pulls, but my latissimus muscles haven't stopped hurting for a month (not sureness) and I'm afraid of straining them too much


Also a short amount of biking up a hill, but I was trying to test the brakes because the back ones need replacement -- so doesn't quite count
