Today I walked to the kitchen and back to my room, then I went and walked to the bathroom and back. :p

Sorry but that qualifies as exercise for me LOL:laugh: I really wish it wasn't so cold outside or that I could afford a gym membership, but with CFS a lot of people die from pushing themselves too hard and I am so out of shape. This spring though, I plan to get more serious about exercising and will update then.

@Lionheart777 have you looked at pacing? Each day build up a very small increment of exercise?

For example, today you walked to the kitchen and back to your room, then you walked to the bathroom and back.

Tomorrow you could do that twice.

The day after three times.

You don't have to do a lot but steadily increasing each day, or maintaining on a low energy day, or even resetting to the basics of the first day when experiencing a relapse.

Pacing can really be helpful for CFS sufferers.

Also just gentle yoga stretching three times a day. Rotate wrists three times every hour for the first day. Second day rotate wrists and also rotate ankles three times each hour. Or start twice a day to start off with, depending on your level. You know your body best.

I am doing The Alexander Technique and one thing I have found is that what my body tells me is okay use, is often not good use.

Even mindfulness exercises could help.

Just a few suggestions.

Krav Maga yesterday and probably a rest (curses) day today. I say 'probably' because I did schedule a rest day today. I find like everything else if I don't actually schedule it, I will do a workout and then risk injury. It's important to let the body rest because healing comes with rest.

I just really, really love that endorphin rush, oh, and that blissful, blissful fatigue and that awesome sleep that comes afterwards... no other drug in the world like it (but I do believe I have raved on about this already so I will stop now ;))
