Stepped up the pace on my second walk of the day. Getting the heart rate going helped clear my head quite a bit. Thanks for all the suggestions. And, skating? My husband and I bought matching huge red roller skates when we first met. It was hilarious the way all the bladers stared at our feet. Hope to ice skate at least once this winter.
 
P90X3 CVX cardio workout with weights today followed by an Insanity ab workout - An hour of plyometrics yesterday so I am still a bit sore since I really went for it on the plyo - so much so that I tweaked a gluteus max muscle.

Massaging my butt cheek while having conversations with colleagues, charming, - at least my colleagues know me well enough that they know to expect the... um... unconventional and that for me, it's all about the workout challenge.
